The stylishly furnished one-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. The living space of this approximately 26 m² apartment is divided into a living/bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a cozy sofa that can also be pulled out into a bed (sleeping size 140 x 190 cm); there is also space for a closet and a dining table. From the main room, you can also access the beautiful and tastefully designed garden (280 m²), the relaxation area, and the covered patio (7 m²) with comfortable lounge furniture. The separate kitchen is equipped with, among other things, 2 stovetops, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
The windows can be darkened with curtains and electric exterior roller shades. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, of course, permitted outdoors, and an ashtray is provided.

Parking is available in a free, private parking space with direct access to the private garden and the apartment.

There are bike racks outside on the property for bicycles.
