The tastefully furnished 1.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) offers high-quality comfort for two people—including a sunny balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea.

This charming vacation apartment combines stylish design with a well-thought-out layout—ideal for relaxing days by the sea.

In the living area, you’ll find a high-quality, comfortable sofa set, a cozy TV armchair, and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. There’s also a cozy dining area, a radio, and access to the spacious balcony with an electric awning and a view of the Baltic Sea. Perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine while listening to the sound of the waves.

A particularly clever design: The living area has been partitioned off and features a separate sleeping alcove with a window and sliding door. Here you’ll sleep comfortably in a high-quality box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm)—cozy, luxurious, and wonderfully private. A private TV ensures relaxing evenings. In the hallway, there’s a spacious built-in closet with plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.

The open kitchen is small, but superbly equipped—with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, small dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking or dining. Additionally, a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother are at your disposal.
