The freshly renovated bathroom and kitchen add modern convenience. Wi-Fi is provided, and guests have access to communal facilities such as a barbecue in the garden. Two to three designated parking spaces are available on the property, along with a lockable shed for e-bikes. Please note the electricity costs will be charged at 0.40 €/kWh from January 1, 2023, and a €200 deposit is required.
