Coziness is a top priority in this holiday apartment. With the new, high-quality furnishings and modern amenities, you'll feel right at home here. And all of this is located in close proximity to the beach, with the sound of the sea included! You really couldn't live any better; ocean view, here we come! Look forward to particularly beautiful Sylt vacation days by the sea; the apartment "Meerblick II" leaves nothing to be desired.

This modern holiday apartment offers a bright combined living and sleeping area with a cozy sofa, a comfortable dining area, and a high-quality French double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The highlight is the south-facing balcony with a direct sea view, which you can also enjoy from the sofa. The separate, newly designed kitchen is connected to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation: a drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven with microwave, and dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a shower, and a cabinet provides sufficient storage space.

Right behind the house, there is a parking space.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, you will find a cozy nest upon your arrival. The beds are freshly made, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

Also, we would like to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
