The Baltic Sea beach is just a five-minute walk away. The neighboring town—the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow—is also just a short walk away. This half of the house is located in a quiet and idyllic setting—far from the hustle and bustle and very close to a small dune forest. The spacious, traditionally landscaped garden with mature trees invites you to linger.

About the Vacation Home
On the first floor, the living room welcomes you with a cozy seating area by the wood-burning stove. From here, you have direct access to the large wooden deck. The fully equipped kitchenette with a large dining table is seamlessly integrated, creating an open-concept living space. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine. There are also two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed.

The outdoor area features a 700-square-meter property. Here you’ll find the high-quality wooden deck, where you can enjoy wonderful peace and relaxation. You also have access to two parking spaces and a lockable garden shed for storing bicycles.
