In the centre of Imperia Oneglia, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 350 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: air conditioning. Public parking 20 m on the road. Shop, grocery 200 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 350 m, bakery 200 m, café, bicycle rental 350 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia", sandy beach, pebble beach 350 m. Marina, cycle lane 250 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Grock 500 m, Yachthafen Imperia-Oneglia 350 m, Museo dell´ Olivo Carlo Carli 450 m, Basilica San Giovanni Battista 350 m, Molo lungo 400 m. Hiking paths: Monte Faudo (1149 m) Mountainbike Trails 6 km.

Fully renovated in 2024, modern and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table. 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso)) with dining table, digital TV. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), box-room. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
