Located in Bioucas, in the heart of Central Portugal, this house is a holiday apartment, suitable for short or long stays, with modern amenities, providing a unique and unforgettable experience.

2 Rooms (dining room and living room) with open-plan kitchen: Spacious and functional areas, perfect for socialising.
2 En-suite Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a private bathroom, ensuring total privacy and comfort.

Accessibility:
Private, fenced parking on the property with direct access to the accommodation through a lawned area.
Main Entrance: Wide, with 5 steps, and an alternative step-free entrance for people with reduced mobility, ensuring greater convenience and accessibility.

Interior Details:
Kitchenette with a view of the playground and lawn with leisure equipment:
Fully equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine (capsules included), combined refrigerator, and dining counter.

Dining Room:
Classic decor with a solid wood cabinet and a dining/meeting table with capacity for 8 people.

Living Room:
Comfortable sofa, sofa bed for 2 adults, movable dining table (6 people), flat-screen SmartTV, and Bluetooth sound system. Equipped with a high-efficiency pellet stove for excellent thermal performance.

Cosy Bedrooms:
The temperature in winter is controlled by a domotics system, stabilising the interior temperature (with the door closed or ajar) between 19ºC and 21ºC, ensuring a high level of comfort even when outdoor temperatures drop below 6ºC. In summer, these rooms remain cool and do not require air conditioning.

Suite "Rouxinol": Secondary suite for up to 2 adults. When reserved for families with fewer than 2 adults and 2 children, this suite incurs an additional cost of €10 per night if you wish to use it. For groups larger than 2 adults, it will be available at no extra cost.
Features a double bed with an anti-allergic mattress, a sofa for 2 adults, a shelf for a computer, a wardrobe, a flat-screen SmartTV, and central heating. The bathroom includes a vertical hydromassage shower base and towels. The water heating system is independent of the "Melro" suite.

Superior Suite "Melro": Main suite suitable for up to 5 adults.
Features a double bed with an anti-allergic mattress, a bunk bed for up to 3 adult guests, a private closet, SmartTV, and central heating. Includes a shelf for a computer with a stable and fast Ethernet connection. The bathroom offers a vertical hydromassage shower base and towels. The water heating system is independent of the "Rouxinol" suite.

Important note:

Pets are not allowed, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure the cleanliness of the space.
The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras, properly signposted and in compliance with current legislation, ensuring your privacy and safety.
We do not have a pool, but we are just 950 meters from the stunning “Castelo de Bode Lake,” accessible by car or on foot.

This is a non-smoking apartment. We have a washing machine available on-site for long stays. Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.
