Experience the authentic charm of the mountains in this spacious three-level chalet, located in the quiet, unspoiled Clots district. Just 1.5 km from the center of Valloire, it’s the perfect retreat for family or friends, offering tranquility close to all activities.
Location & Access
Ski & Leisure: 700 m from the Moulin Benjamin chairlift (ESF departure) and 500 m from the "Moulin" slope. Sports shop with equipment storage 650 m away.
Getting Around: Shuttle available 70 m from the chalet for easy access to the center and lifts, for an extra fee.
Summer: 550 m from the riding center and 2 km from the leisure base (pool, ice rink, wellness).
Living Space & Amenities
The chalet features generous spaces with two separate lounges for added comfort.
Level +2 (Main area - 52 m²): Fully equipped modern kitchen (induction, dishwasher, freezer), bright dining area and living room with large bay window opening onto a 26 m² west-facing terrace with large tables.
Level +1 (Relaxation lounge - 40 m²): Second lounge with TV and Wifi, ideal for movie nights.
Sleeping Arrangements (Flexible Capacity)
Four spacious bedrooms on level +1:
Bedroom 1 (14 m²): 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds (ideal for children/teens).
Bedroom 2 (18 m²): 3 single beds.
Bedrooms 3 (10.5 m²) & 4 (10 m²): 1 double bed each.
Living room: 1 BZ sofa bed.
Duvet bedding provided.
Bathrooms & Practicalities
1 shower room and 1 bathroom (corner bathtub) with WC.
2 separate toilets.
Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer.
Outdoors: South-facing balcony (8 m²).
Parking: Private garage (1 space and bike storage in summer), 1 private outdoor space and free public parking 150 m away.
