Haus Kasperczak is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions around Lake Constance.
The bus stop is about 150 meters away from where you can get to many sights for free with the Echt Bodensee Card.
Parking directly in front of the house. Shopping facilities approx. 400 m in the village center.
The apartment with balcony is 35 square meters. Our beautiful garden can be used.
Approx. 800 m to Lake Constance and the pile dwellings. Ideal starting point for biking or hiking.

1 large living/bedroom with double bed, sofa, couch, large mirror cabinet and TV.
1 large kitchen with table and seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and 4-burner stove, coffee maker, tea maker, refrigerator, cutlery, kitchen towels, etc..
1 large shower with WC and towels.
