The 3.5 room apartment Casa Aleca is located in Flims Dorf in a quiet, but very well connected residential area in the immediate vicinity to shops and a bus stop.
You will find a well equiped kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maschine. The apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a shower-tub, a toilet and a sink. In addition there is a washing machine in the apartment which can be used free of charge.
One underground and one outside parking space, WIFI and all ancillary costs (heating, electricity, water) are included. Bedlinen and the final cleaning as well as Taxes and VAT are also included in the final price.
Smoking is not allowed in Apartment and pets are not allowed.
