The apartment is located on the first floor and was completed in late 2024. Located right next to the historic “Marienleuchte” lighthouse, it offers light-filled rooms, a modern atmosphere, and a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure—your vacation begins here with a deep breath of sea air.

The open living area, with its clean, understated decor, invites you to relax. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring light and a sense of spaciousness into the room, while the modern design creates a serene atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers the perfect setting for cooking together. From the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace, which is a real highlight with its unobstructed view of the sea. The adjacent garden area gives you additional space to relax outdoors.

In both bedrooms, high-quality box-spring beds ensure the utmost sleeping comfort. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light, while stylish blackout curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms even offers a direct view of the ocean—a wonderful way to start the day. The clean design and harmonious color scheme create an environment where you can unwind and recharge.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

A private parking space next to the apartment ensures a convenient arrival. A washing machine and dryer are available for your daily use, as is a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes. Check-in is flexible and contactless via a key safe. Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee—so feel free to bring your four-legged friend along.
