This detached cottage The Roost has a private entrance and is tucked behind a black gate, right in the middle of the lively city centre but delightfully quiet. The combination of Scandinavian simplicity with a touch of boho luxury ensures instant relaxation.

Please note: The cottage is only suitable for guests who are physically able. The stairs to the mezzanine are steep, and the sleeping area upstairs is limited in space.

## Access

The cottage is located at the back, accessible via the stairs on the right side of no 21. The cottage is detached and completely separated from the main house. You therefore have complete privacy and your own access, with no shared areas.

## Transport

Zandvoort train station is a 5 minute walk from your accommodation and offers direct connections to Amsterdam and Haarlem, as well as indirect connections to destinations such as Schiphol Airport and The Hague.

This accommodation does not offer free parking.
Please note that Zandvoort has a fully paid parking policy from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The most cost-effective option is to park in a public parking lot or garage.

Zandvoort, also known as "Amsterdam Beach," is just a 30-minute train ride from Amsterdam Central Station. This way, you can easily combine the dynamic energy of our capital with the charm and coziness of our village, where events take place all year round for all ages. For nature lovers, the nearby Waterleidingduinen and National Park Kennemerduinen offer stunning hiking and cycling trails through pristine landscapes. For adventurers, there are plenty of activities, such as mountain biking, kite or wave surfing lessons, sailing, and horseback riding. Zandvoort is also home to Circuit Park Zandvoort, an iconic venue hosting thrilling motorsport events—a must for speed and adrenaline enthusiasts.
