The studio is located in the Pin Roland district, 100 metres from the pine forest and close to local shops such as a mini-market, a bakery, and a pizzeria. It is also 15 minutes by boat from Toulon and about 1 hour by boat from the island of Porquerolles.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed in the accommodation.
