Located in the heart of the charming coastal town of Hooksiel, yet in a wonderfully quiet setting, the Alter Seedeich vacation home awaits you —a modern and lovingly furnished semi-detached home for two people, offering 70 square meters of pure relaxation.

The moment you step inside, you’ll feel the special atmosphere of this labor of love: On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, light-filled living room with large windows through which the sun streams in first thing in the morning. Here, you can relax on the cozy sofa, read a good book, or wind down the day by the crackling fireplace—warmth and coziness included.

The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your culinary getaway. At the inviting dining table, you can enjoy meals together in a cozy atmosphere.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom on the first floor features a walk-in shower, a large mirror, and stylish fixtures—the perfect place for a relaxing start to the day.

Directly from the living room, you can step out onto the partially covered terrace overlooking the lovingly tended garden. Here, tranquility, birdsong, and lush greenery invite you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors—whether with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

An open wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor. There, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious closet, and a lovely view of the greenery. An additional small guest bathroom provides even more comfort.

A convenient garden arbor is available for your bicycles—safe, dry, and easily accessible.

The Alter Seedeich vacation home is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to arrive, take a deep breath, and feel at ease. Enjoy your getaway by the North Sea—in a quiet location yet just a short walk from the lively center of Hooksiel.

Our vacation rental is designed for peace and relaxation and is therefore intended exclusively for adult guests. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate children, as the apartment is not equipped for them.

Wi-Fi is a complimentary service and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
