On the Kulm, the "Valentino" vacation home welcomes you to a quiet, park-like setting. Children will love the small playground on the property, featuring two swings, a seesaw, and a spring rocker. The vacation home is only about 200 meters from the wide, fine-sand beach in Heringsdorf, where you can rent a beach chair and enjoy a wonderful swim. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the lively town center with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 meters, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town center is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair! To round out your relaxing vacation experience, a free communal sauna at the neighboring Annette house welcomes you from mid-September through mid-May (4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). During these hours, you can warm up and relax on several lounge chairs as well as in a small seating area. At Haus Valentino, you can use a bike storage room as well as a washer and dryer for a fee.

To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate upon arrival; a deposit is required for this. Please have €50 in cash ready—thank you very much!

This modern 2-room apartment, measuring 65 m², spans two levels and offers plenty of space for 2–3 people on vacation. On the first floor, you’ll find the bedroom, furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a closet, as well as the naturally lit bathroom, which features a bathtub, a shower with a clear glass partition, and a sink/toilet. A staircase leads up to the bright, spacious living area with a seating area and TV. From the west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. A modern kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, etc., and the dining table are also open-conceptly integrated into the living space. A second balcony, accessible from the kitchen and facing east, invites guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. A guest restroom is available on the upper floor. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. During the winter months, guests have free access to a sauna in the neighboring building on various days.
