The cozy, comfortably furnished apartments in this stylish, small villa are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

This modern, 42-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch that sleeps a third person (1.50 m wide), as well as a table and a recliner. A flat-screen TV is, of course, included. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area and equipped with an oven/ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The dining area for three people is located in the light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened), which faces southeast. The bedroom features two single beds pushed together to form a double bed (90 x 200), ample closet space, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A parking space is available for you in the parking garage (approx. 50 m away).
