This interesting, spacious attic apartment (note: limited ceiling height) on the 2nd floor, high above the rooftops of Ahlbeck, offers you two cozy living areas, three bedrooms, and two loggias. A bright, inviting living room welcomes you with a spacious sofa set and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining loggia is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, reading, or playing games. In the smaller living room, also furnished with a seating area and TV, the modern kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and refrigerator—is seamlessly integrated. A separate dining table is available in the adjoining loggia, which offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90x200), and one bedroom has a single bed (90 x 190). The small bedroom with the single bed is a walk-through room. Two identical bathrooms with skylights feature a shower and sink/toilet.

Two parking spaces are located on the property and are assigned to the apartment; bicycles can also be locked up on the property.
