Small resort "De Wieringerheid", built in 2025, surrounded by trees and fields. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Den Oever, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground (swing, sandbox), parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 27 km, surf school 10 km, tennis 1 km, fishing possibilities 200 m. Nearby attractions: Landgoed & Zoo Hoenderdaell 16 km, Den Helder 24 km, Fort Kijkduin 27 km, Monkey Town 28 km, De Holle Bolle Boom 38 km, Texel 38 km. Hiking paths: het voormalige eiland Wieringen. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Air-conditioning, underfloor heating. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 210 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 210 cm). Terrace 15 m2, garden 60 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. For every 3 nights booked electric cars can charge electricity, up to €50 free of charge.
