The semi open-plan layout features a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in a spacious room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. From January 5th to February 13th, a premium hot tub with powerful hydrojets is installed under the veranda. A plancha grill is available for outdoor meals beneath the veranda.



Nearby, you’ll find a tennis court, golf course, and kayaking about 15 minutes away. Hiking trails start right outside the property. The Marne riverbanks, known for fishing, are a 5-minute drive. Set on a hill, the house offers panoramic views—perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Self check-in makes arrival easy.
