Rustic terraced house "Petra", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Vardica 7 km from the centre of Umag, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 80 m2 (fenced). Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Public parking. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 7 km, railway station 34 km, sandy beach 7 km pebble beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km.
3-room terraced house 88 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room. Open kitchen (oven, 6 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer). Upper floor: open living room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). No heating option. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
