Located right across from the beach, the 80 m² property offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The building has two elevators. The apartment also boasts a private balcony with sea views, perfect for relaxing.



The property is just 50 meters from the municipal saltwater pool, open from June to September, available for an extra fee. The apartment is ideally situated only 2 hours from Lisbon, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Porto, and close to popular destinations like Coimbra, Aveiro, Nazaré, Óbidos, and Serra da Estrela, making it a great base for exploring the region.



Free street parking is available from October until June 15. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted.
