The private fully-equipped oak kitchen features a pyrolysis oven, cooktop, hood, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Additional amenities include a private TV, washing machine, and laundry room. The bright living room features a decorative fireplace.



Step outside to enjoy your private south-facing garden spanning 4000 sqm with mature trees, completely enclosed for privacy. The private uncovered terrace provides an ideal spot to relax without overlooking neighbors. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the property.



You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces through a common gate. Pets are welcome to join your stay. Events are not allowed on the property.
