The Space:
The 24 m² flat will happily accommodate 2 people. It will be an ideal choice for a romantic getaway for two. The studio consists of a living room with access to the balcony, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The cream and wooden décor elements create a warm, cosy atmosphere. The space has been perfectly arranged so that the flat is spacious and comfortable for our guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a capacious wardrobe and a large TV set. There is also a table with chairs for comfortable dining. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare meals. We also provide tea and coffee making facilities and fresh linen for each guest. In the elegant bathroom with a shower cubicle, towels and toiletries will be waiting for you. The flat has a furnished balcony, which will allow you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. We also provide free WIFI internet access. Our flat is also happy to accommodate pets, for an additional fee. The studio has a feeding chair for small children included in the booking price, while a travel cot is available for an extra charge.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located in a very attractive location, right on the beach in Swinoujscie. Next to it is the famous Promenade, with countless bars and restaurants. Here you can enjoy regional specialities, but also dishes from all over the world. This is a unique and vibrant part of this seaside resort. There are numerous shops where you can buy souvenirs from the Baltic Sea and stock up on all the necessary articles. In this area, you will find unique and modern architecture, and the restored promenade will be a great place for evening strolls and a nice time. 450 m from the flat, there is an aquapark where you can actively spend time, as well as enjoy a moment of relaxation. Being in Świnoujście, it is worth visiting the place of ferry crossing over the Swina River. This is one of the few such places in Poland, and its location is only a 16-minute walk from the flat. 150 metres from the studio there is also the beautiful historic Spa Park, with an area of approximately 50 hectares. Strolling through its alleys, you can relax surrounded by nature and admire the unique fountains.
