The Space:

This luxurious and elegant apartment is a perfect retreat for parents traveling with children, as well as for groups of friends or remote working business travelers. The property is designed for five people and has two bedrooms. The first has a large double bed, two tables for handy trinkets and a capacious closet ideal for storing things brought in. The second room, on the other hand, is furnished with a single bed, a table and a desk with a chair. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a stylish table, a dining table with chairs and a modern television, where you can relax in the evenings, watching your favorite programs on cable channels. There is also a thermo fan at guests' disposal. Convenient and quick preparation of meals is provided by a practically equipped kitchenette with such appliances as a microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, induction hob and electric kettle. A washing machine is located in the hall closet. The bathroom has to offer visitors a welcome toiletries set with towels, a hairdryer and a comfortable-to-use shower. The interior design is dominated by browns, blacks, shades of gray and wooden accents. As a result, the arrangement looks striking and elegant.

This atmospheric building is located in the very center of the city, yet right next to the river. This makes it suitable for lovers of picturesque landscapes and relaxation by the water, as well as those who want quick access to numerous tourist attractions such as the water streetcar, to come here for a short trip or a long-term stay. For motorized guests there are public, paid parking spaces located in the area. It takes just 4 minutes to walk to the market square with its beautiful architecture, historic gates, promenade, fountain, theater, cinema and museum, as well as two grocery stores, and it takes about 23 minutes to reach the seaside beach. There is no shortage of eating establishments in the area, where you can enjoy delicious meals and snacks. It takes just 1-3 minutes to walk to four nearby cafes, four neighborhood restaurants and two pastry shops. On the other hand, you can walk to the market hall in 9 minutes. It takes only 5-12 minutes to get to the bowling alley, railway station and tennis court, and in 25-40 minutes you can reach the water park and airport by car.
