The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from the modern Central Park – an urban space with walking alleys, bicycle paths, a relaxation zone, playgrounds, a seasonal ice rink and a skate park. A few steps away is the popular Seaside Boulevard, which stretches along the seashore to the city beach.
