Located in the commune of La Chaudière, at the foot of the Trois Becs at 870 m altitude, this 91 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people. The gîte features a living area with a kitchen and a lounge corner equipped with a wood stove and a sofa bed, a small separate lounge with a fireplace, as well as three bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the toilet is separate. All rooms are equipped with electric radiators.
The gîte is set in nature, in a Provençal stone farmhouse dating from the 17th century. The family property extends over 28 hectares and offers a garden with swings.
The farmhouse includes two gîtes separated by a large inner courtyard, accommodating up to 15 people in total, ideal for stays with family or friends.
Parking is available on site. Pets are allowed and private events are permitted.
Many hiking trails start directly from the property and climbing sites are nearby. You are on the border between the Drôme Valley and Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Saillans and the Drôme river, 20 km from Crest, 30 km from Die, and 16 km from Bourdeaux, as well as right next to the beautiful Saoû forest.
Cleaning service, as well as bed linen and towels, are available for an extra fee.
