The Space:
The detached single house Alpaka has a living space of 100m², 3 bedrooms, 2 daylight bathrooms and a modern open kitchen with a spacious living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling patio windows. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a direct view of a well-kept petting zoo. Opposite is the first of a total of 2 daylight bathrooms with shower and washing machine. The hallway leads to the spacious living and dining area. The modern fitted kitchen is extensively equipped and includes a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, egg boiler, toaster, electric kettle, electric bread knife, knife block, a filter coffee machine and a pod coffee machine (Philips Senseo). The dining area offers space for up to 8 people. In the living room there is 1 flat screen TV with
SAT-TV. The terrace has high-quality seating furniture, a large table, an additional storage bench, a Weber charcoal grill and parasol. A modern privacy fence in combination with typical local planting ensures privacy in the terrace area.
To the side, you can discover Lake Plau. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. The second bright and spacious daylight bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer awaits you here. A small gallery takes you to the bedrooms located there.
From the “Palm View” bedroom you have a side view of Lake Plau. The room has 2 fixed single beds, creating two additional sleeping options at different levels. The
facilities include your own flat-screen TV. The opposite
“beach room” has a modern double bed. You have a direct view of the petting zoo. State-of-the-art high-speed WLAN (up to 1000 MBit/s) is available free of charge throughout the house.
For your comfort, electric shutters are fitted in front of the windows and patio doors throughout the house. All windows have fly screens. There is adjustable underfloor heating in all rooms. There is a fenced parking space directly on the property and another parking space right next to the house. The small vacation complex includes a gently sloping bay with a sandy beach section, sunbathing lawn and benches. You can reach the idyllic bathing bay on the crystal-clear Lake Plau in just a few steps
directly from the front door through the small vacation complex.
Getting Around:
The nature-oriented vacation complex with 11 houses was built in 2014 in a quiet side street. The Alpaca vacation home is located on a 250 m² plot with a side view of the lake, only a sandy road away from the petting zoo opposite and is suitable for two to seven guests. The last partial renovation and partial refurbishment was carried out in 2022. With its quiet location directly on Lake Plau and modern, family-friendly furnishings and equipment, it is a very good starting point for your adventure-packed vacation in the Mecklenburg Lake District. The harbor of Plau am See is 2000 m away, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike via the directly adjacent and developed bike and shore hiking trail. The private beach with sunbathing area is 250 meters directly through the complex. Restaurants, medical care (hospital), shopping facilities, the harbor promenade with lighthouse, the town of Plau am See with its pretty half-timbered houses and the lift bridge on the Elde are all within walking distance.
