The 55-square-meter apartment is designed for the comfort of up to six people, combining modern style with functional space. The spacious living room invites you to relax with a corner sofa bed, which serves as an additional sleeping area, and a large Smart TV with access to free WiFi, allowing you to relax in the evening with your favorite movies and TV series. Directly from the living room, you can access the private balcony, equipped with garden furniture - the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with high-end appliances, such as an induction hob, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. A well-thought-out dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs allows for comfortable dining. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms. The first is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table and a lamp, providing comfortable rest for two people. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large closet and a desk with a chair, creating an ideal place for remote work. The bathroom has been designed for complete daily comfort - there is a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet, a large sink with a cabinet, a mirror, towels, a washing machine and a set of personal care products. An additional asset of the apartment is the green, well-maintained patio on the estate, where guests can relax on benches amidst lush vegetation - an ideal space for outdoor relaxation. The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the modern part of the center of Wroclaw, in an excellent location. Just a 20-minute walk will take you to Wroclaw's Market Square and Old Town, surrounded by historic houses, atmospheric streets and numerous cultural attractions. Culture lovers can also reach the Wroclaw Opera House (approx. 2 km) and the National Forum of Music (approx. 1.5 km), where concerts and artistic events are regularly held, in a few minutes. In turn, for those interested in architecture and sports, the Centennial Hall (approx. 4.8 km), one of the most important monuments of modernism in Poland, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, combined with a modern conference and sports center, will be quite an attraction. Children and adults will appreciate the proximity of Poland's largest zoo (about 5.4 km), where hundreds of species of animals can be admired. Not much farther away is the Japanese Garden (about 5.7 km), delightful with its harmonious arrangement of vegetation and waterfalls, ideal for leisurely strolls. Notable cultural attractions include the Racławice Panorama (approx. 2.7 km), a monumental depiction of the Battle of Racławice, which is one of the city's greatest landmarks.
