Villa BeLa – Holiday Home by the Lake in Småland

Villa BeLa is located in Allgunnen in the municipality of Högsby and offers a perfect combination of nature, relaxation and proximity to the water. Just a short distance from the lake Allgunnen, this holiday home is ideal for families and guests looking for a peaceful stay in Småland.
With around 140 square metres of living space, the house accommodates up to six guests. Originally a small local store, the property has been carefully renovated and now combines historic charm with modern comfort.
The ground floor features a bright kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and TV, creating a cosy atmosphere. One bedroom is also located on this level, making it suitable for families with different needs.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms as well as a playroom with sofa bed, games and a second TV. This layout makes the house especially comfortable for families.
The garden offers space to relax with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The nearby lake is perfect for swimming, fishing and paddling. Two canoes and two kayaks are available free of charge.
The location in Allgunnen provides easy access to nearby towns and attractions such as Vimmerby and the Baltic Sea coast.
Villa BeLa is a non-smoking property and up to two dogs are allowed. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen can be booked optionally. A security deposit of 150 euros is required and electricity is charged at 0.50 EUR per kWh.
