Apartment 'Calarossa Beach House' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Cala Canneddi, in the north of Sardinia in the Gallura region, this 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a double bedroom and a living room with two additional sleeping places. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and an espresso machine. The apartment offers independent air conditioning, a TV with video-on-demand services, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine located in an external area near the entrance. The entrance is independent and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.



Outside, you will find a private covered veranda with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as an open terrace with views of the sea and the typical Sardinian vegetation. A relaxation corner surrounded by Mediterranean scrub allows you to enjoy the colors, scents, and sounds of the sea.



The beach, pine forest, and red rocks are accessible within 5 minutes on foot via a path immersed in Mediterranean vegetation. The beautiful and renowned Baia La Marinedda, with fine sand, is about 15 minutes away on foot.



The property is accessible via a dirt road, useful for loading and unloading luggage and groceries; cars cannot be left longer than necessary. Free parking is available inside the residence through the main gate. Tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts are 5 minutes away on foot. The residence offers a swimming pool with a refreshment area available for an extra fee in July, August, and September, as well as a bar open from 7 p.m. to midnight.
