The main part of the apartment is a spacious living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, and direct access to the balcony. The view of the city skyline from the 9th floor and the opportunity to spend time outdoors make this corner an ideal place for a moment of relaxation at any time of the day. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa with sleeping function, a large dining table with 4 chairs and a Smart TV, which allows guests to enjoy access to their favorite content and streaming platforms. A high-speed WiFi connection allows for convenient internet access, and evening entertainment. The kitchenette has been arranged to meet the needs of those preparing meals on their own. Guests have at their disposal an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a set of dishes and utensils, which allows convenient preparation of daily meals. The separate bedroom has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and a capacious closet, which helps keep things tidy even during a long stay. Bedside cabinets with lamps provide a comfortable evening rest, and the neutral color scheme of the interior promotes relaxation. The bathroom has been arranged in an elegant, minimalist style - there is a spacious shower, a toilet, a sink with a cabinet, a large mirror and a washing machine. Grunwald is also a developing part of Poznań with a well-developed service and catering infrastructure. In the neighborhood there are grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies and establishments offering home and international cuisine. Although the district is not located directly in the city center, access to the Old Market Square or the Main Railway Station takes only a few minutes thanks to convenient streetcar and bus connections. Public transportation stops are located right next to the building. It is worth noting that the Poznañ International Fair is also about 10 minutes away by car.
