Gîte du Val d’Egray – Charming House with Garden in Champdeniers

In Champdeniers, this former 200 m² house can accommodate up to 10 people. A renovated former presbytery, it offers 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet). A spacious living room allows you to gather as a group or family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large worktop and a table for eight people.



Wi-Fi access and TV channels are included. A games room is dedicated to children and adults alike. Thanks to the ground-level access, you enjoy the private garden and the uncovered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals (barbecue) and relaxing in a peaceful setting.



The house is located on the Way of St. James, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin and the Green Venice, perfect for a countryside holiday: picnics, swimming, castle visits, hiking, and cycling. You are about an hour from Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, and Futuroscope for your excursions. Wine tastings with a local winemaker can be organized on site, as well as body massages or facial treatments, available for a supplement.



The gîte hosts events such as weddings, baptisms, family meals, and retirement parties. A marquee for 30 people with furniture and tableware is available for an extra fee. You can also book the ground floor of the gîte, including a lounge/dining room (50 m²), a small lounge (30 m²), and a large equipped kitchen (with toilet) for an afternoon or evening (until 10 p.m.).
