On the left is a separate guest restroom with natural light—both practical and inviting. Behind it lies a spacious utility room with a washing machine.

The heart of the home is the open-concept living-dining area with direct access to the patio featuring a gas grill—here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere with a book surrounded by greenery, or spend balmy evenings with a glass of wine. The modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—whether it’s a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, or ample storage space—cooking here is a pleasure even on vacation. Important note: The vacation rental is located in a house with two residential units. The upstairs apartment is permanently rented.
