Located in Portopalo di Capo Passero, Casa Belvedere is an 80 sqm apartment with a sea-view terrace that can accommodate up to 6 guests. You have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can be arranged as a double upon request), a living room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, and a bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, a TV with video on demand, fans, a washing machine, and an outdoor barbecue—ideal for relaxing evenings on the terrace facing the sea.
There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is just a few steps from the property.
Street parking is available. One small pet is allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
The property is located in the center of Portopalo, about 10 minutes by car from the fishing village of Marzamemi, the Isola delle Correnti, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
