Charming and quiet studio in the old town. Just steps away from shopping, fine dining, and bars. Right around the corner from the Kunsthaus museum, a 10-minute walk to the lake (Bellevue), and a 5-minute walk to the Limmat River through the old town.

The apartment features a double bed, perfect for 2 guests.

The apartment is fully equipped, with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, and there is a washer/dryer in the building that you can use.
Smoking is not allowed in the studio apartment, but you have access to the romantic courtyard.

You have the studio apartment all to yourself. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. But we won’t keep you from enjoying your vacation in Zurich.

Very quiet and lovely neighborhood, next to Zurich’s historic Old Town, 300 meters from the Kunsthaus art museum. The apartment building was last renovated a few years ago.

If you walk through the old town (5 minutes), you’ll arrive at the riverfront, where you can take the tram in either direction—to Bellevue or Zurich Central Station.
Welcome, guests! Here’s everything you need to know:

Check-out is no later than 10 a.m.

Make yourself at home; all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please do not disturb them with loud music, etc.

The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the bin is right in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; you’re welcome to smoke outside on the balcony. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen cabinets.

No pets unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Right, and finally, here’s the fine print:
The apartment and furniture are handed over in good working order and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the cost of replacing the lock(s).
