Located in Matalascañas, this well-situated 28 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living area and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and you will find a fan, TV, and washing machine. The studio is step-free inside and offers a private balcony with a covered terrace.
Enjoy the shared outdoor pool, with access limited to 4 passes per apartment. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience after the beach.
Parking is available both shared and on the street. Pets are allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Please note: there is no air conditioning, but a heater is provided for winter stays.

You are just 100 meters from the beach in a quiet, accessible area, right behind the On hotel, in sector M, inside the Aremar building.
