Charming Attic Apartment with Mountain View and Wi-Fi

Located in a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 residents, the "Charming Attic Apartment" welcomes you for a peaceful stay just 10 minutes from the center of Aosta and the cable car to Pila. Close to the valley’s long cycle path, golf course, and the outdoor pool "les Illes," the apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) and offers a quiet, panoramic setting. Every detail is designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, just as we would wish for ourselves.



The apartment features a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed) plus a child up to 4 years old. A crib (without sheets) and high chair are available for an extra fee. The apartment is fully furnished with independent heating and a fireplace. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee. Complimentary extras such as a comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit are available in single-use packaging.



Within 1.5 km you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center. Free reserved outdoor parking is provided. On the ground floor, there’s storage for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a scenic, quiet area.



You have access to dishes, cookware, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two TVs with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal hygiene products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of various firmness.



Upon deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests.



The area is well served by public transport, including night service, with a stop 100 meters away.



Small or medium-sized pets are accepted if agreed in advance and are available for an extra fee.
