In the heart of Olzano, a charming hamlet of Tignale, Casa Bouganville is a welcoming retreat where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of a mountain village overlooking Lake Garda. With a beautiful view of the historic center and the quaint little church of San Lorenzo, this apartment invites you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of local life—just 7 km from the lake.
Located on the first floor of a traditional village house, the apartment offers around 55 sqm of space and comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The interiors are simple and functional: a bright living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen includes a gas hob with 4 burners, a small electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. You’ll also find Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer—everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. For your car, there are two public parking areas just a few meters from the property.
