The kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, along with ample dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pots. A free internet connection is also available. The apartment is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee (coin-operated).
