This guest room is an ideal stopover on your way to the Southwest, located on the Paris-Bordeaux-Hendaye route, close to the Virsac toll on the A10 motorway. The property is easily accessible via exits 39a or 40a towards Libourne on the A10. You’ll also be near prestigious wine regions like Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, Bourg-sur-Gironde, and Blaye, along the Dordogne and Gironde estuary. Bordeaux, with its rich historical and cultural heritage, is just a 20-minute train ride away.
