Great space for our annual family reunion!

It was a perfect space for us and any questions we had were immediately resolved. Very clean property and we greatly enjoyed the pool!

Disappointing in every way.

Pool table, ping pong equipment, bath tub, sofa, toilet, bug zappers, bluetooth speakers, and pool alarms were all broken. PS3 was missing. Golf Cart was covered in sand and unstable at road speeds. 2 hour early check in is a ransom note that allows no negative reviews and no refunds for broken items. Arrived 45 minutes early and they wouldn't let us in due to "an open house" which wasn't going on, I was in the driveway the entire time. Oh and then they didn't give me the code at check in time, I had to wait even longer. Multiple roaches were found inside. Dryer was broken, which tore holes in my clothes. House was clean. Property manager was quick to respond. Overall it was highly disappointing and feels like they're just phoning it in to make a fast buck.

Good but could have been better

The house was beautiful and conveniently located and the pool was great but, furniture was broken, toilet was broke, no sofa bed as described and shown. No bikes as described. Needed outside rat problem taken care of. We would stay again if items were addressed.

Family Vacation for 8

House was amazing. Lots of rooms, kids room on top floor was perfect for our 8 year old. Location to beach was so great. 4 minutes golf cart ride was all it took. Only negative was that the appliances did not all work great. Ice machine didn't work, first floor bathroom kept running. There were no bikes like the listing said but the property manager did agree to reimburse us for rentals

Great House

We enjoyed a family vacation for 10 of us. The house has plenty of space. The alarms are annoying, but we understand why you have them. We loved the kitchen and grill. You have every dish that is needed to cook almost everything. The house was clean and well maintained.

With the additional guest house everyone had their own space but plenty of room for hanging out as well. Pool was great. Some of the extras like the pool table and ping pong were old and worn but did the job to occupy time.

12 Family members from 5 to 66 stayed 5 days and had the best time... there was plenty of room, games to play, and the heated pool was perfect for the cool nights. We had a great Christmas and made lots if memories.

Family Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. They have this house supplied with everything you can think of. Only thing that needs to be checked out is the property golf cart. The golf cart ran fine from Friday to Monday. We didn’t get any use of it on Tuesday and Wednesday, I’m not sure what the issue was because we kept it on the charger but it wouldn’t even make it out of the neighborhood before it would die. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again myself. We loved it and enjoyed every second of our time there.

Short but sweet

House was large enough for the entire family. We had everything we needed there and enough dishes to invite the US army for dinner:) family loved the pool and the pool table way more than I anticipated and we had the golf cart out the entire time. Loved our stay. Thank you

Family trip 2023

Golf cart broke down in the middle of traffic, golf cart flat tire at the beach, pool lights worked the 1st night then never turned back on, cockroaches all throughout the house, middle floor twin bed held together by electrical tape (bed broke), refrigerator leaks water and we kept stepping into a puddle, alarm system on main door consistently went off in the day and middle of the night! House looks great but never again.. We beach house in Jax and we held the same expectations that our guest expect. This was a disappointment.

A wonderful vacation home

Excellent home for family. Loved the swimming pool and the large kitchen. Everything was better than we anticipated. Rode the bikes every day. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and restaurants. Location to gates and club amenities was excellent. No complaints here.

Great space, just needs some updating and TLC

This house was very spacious and worked out great for having all our family in one spot. Had 10 adults children and 4 grandkids. Large family space and loved the area and amenities. Many items in the home need updated and fixed. The management was great. Loved having a golf cart and we even rented another one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of seven adults and three kids stayed at El Casa Grande for six days over the Thanksgiving holiday. It's tough to find a rental house with enough space, good layout (rooms that fit each family group), large enough living and dining space for our group at a reasonable price, and this house was perfect for our needs. The living area is so spacious, we were able to hang out there around the pool table and play games sitting in the tv/living area. The location is 3/4 mile from the beach so adults who wanted to could walk, and it was an easy golf cart ride for the kids. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within a 10 minute drive. There were a handful of things in poor condition when we arrived, a broken fooseball table and pool cue, some faucets that would leak unless you got them exactly right, drains that all needed drain, and other issues in the same vein, but none of them really interfered with our enjoyment of the house. If you stay in the cooler months, definitely pay for the pool heat!

What a wonderful stay. A little chilly so we were not able to use the pool much. This place has so many amenities and creature comforts. Our family would love to stay here again.

Family with Babies vacation

It was easy to book and they keep you informed. This house was definitely good for a family of all ages. There was things there for all even the babies. They had things for the pool and beach and kitchen fully equipped. We felt like home away from home. Clean and plenty of space. You just have to be ok with stairs to the other 2 floors up. No pest! Loved it!
