This cozy holiday home with plenty of privacy is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic location, on the edge of the forest in the quiet Tuscan countryside, overlooking olive trees, oleander, rows of cypresses, and medieval villages.

Interior:
The secluded property consists of two identical apartments, each with 60 m² of living space, ideally accommodating a maximum of 8 people.

Each apartment has a spacious living-dining room with an integrated and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

One apartment can comfortably seat 8 people at the dining table, while the other has a smaller dining table and a large sofa.

Both apartments are equipped with a fireplace, a TV (Smart TV, with key for Netflix and Amazon Prime), and air conditioning.

From the large living room in both apartments, there is direct access to the shaded, covered terrace. A wooden staircase leads to the spacious attic. Here, there is a bedroom with two single beds and another single bed.

Outdoor Area:
The covered terrace is furnished with tables and chairs. Here, guests can enjoy their meals prepared on the nearby brick barbecue.

From here, you have a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside and the 1000 m² garden with a pool (with integrated whirlpool and romantic lighting, size: 6.88 m x 11.31 m; 0.2 m to 1.50 m deep), equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.

There is ample parking on the property.

The access to the house is via a dirt road, easily accessible for standard vehicles, but not suitable for low-slung cars.

Up to 4 dogs are welcome (please inform us before booking).
The holiday home is ideal for wedding receptions for 10 people indoors or 30 people in the garden.

Please note:

The holiday home is rented exclusively. This means the entire house, garden, and pool are for the exclusive use of guests.

Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday. If you would like to book differently, please inquire.

Further amenities can also be found in Paganico (5 minutes by car).

The beautiful natural beach of Marina di Alberese (45 minutes by car) with its fine sand is located in the heart of the Maremma Regional Park.

A visit to Niki de Saint Phalle's "Tarot Garden" in Capalbio (85 km) is also highly recommended, with its fascinating, partially walk-in giant figures, set in the midst of this wonderful natural landscape.
