'Le Serpaton' apartment with mountain view and balcony

Located in the family-friendly resort of Gresse-en-Vercors, this fully renovated 25 m² apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and offers mountain views. There is a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, a living room with a sofa bed, and a sleeping area with bunk beds. The private, well-equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, and toaster. Amenities include a private TV with DVD player and a washing machine.



Enjoy your private balcony with views of Le Serpaton. A small gate at the end of the balcony is a convenient feature.



Pets are welcome, and you have access to a shared playground. Pétanque and tennis courts are next to the parking area, with boules and rackets available in the apartment. Events are not permitted.



The resort offers a grocery store, bakery, crêperie, cinema, and a swimming pool open in July and August. You can buy goat cheese directly from the local farm. Several restaurants are a 10-minute walk away in the village. For activities, there are many hiking trails for all levels, mountain biking routes with rental on site, a treetop adventure course 15 minutes away, Himalayan footbridges 30 minutes away, and opportunities for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and snowshoeing on site.



Final cleaning must be done by you. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
