From your balcony, you enjoy a beautiful view of the Martini Church, which sits on a hill above the town and is considered a landmark of the region. Despite the peaceful location, you can reach the town center, Harz National Park or the historic Samson Mine within a few minutes on foot. Whether hiking, relaxing or discovering the sights – your holiday starts right at your doorstep. The town is situated at about 700 meters altitude and offers fresh mountain air, tranquility and a wonderful natural setting in every season. Our two apartments, Wg3 and Wg4, are right next to each other, making them perfect for families, friends, or small groups who want to travel together yet enjoy their own privacy.



A special feature: The balconies are connected by a flexible partition. You can open it to share the outdoor space or close it for more privacy—just as you wish.



Bed linen and towels are included in the final cleaning. Pets are allowed. No check-in or check-out is possible on January 1. The local tourist tax is payable on arrival. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Free parking is available in front of the property.
