This spacious summer house on Germany\\'s east coast is an ideal vacation spot for families. It\\'s located near the town of Kappeln, known for its charming shops and quality restaurants. The house features a 20 m2 indoor pool with a water slide and Roman steps, a whirlpool, and a sauna. An activity room offers table tennis, billiards, darts, and a PlayStation 4 setup. The heart of the house is a large kitchen/living area with two of each appliance and a long dining table. The house can accommodate 24 guests in nine double bedrooms and a loft, with four bathrooms available. The property also includes a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, and a nearby playground for children. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.

Today, we rent out more than 500 large holiday homes – so large that we call them Sammenhuse™️. They can accommodate 10–40 people and feature a pool or spa, activity rooms and large common areas where family, friends or colleagues can get together. We make it easy to get together – whether it's for a holiday, birthday or company outing. Our local VillaVilla hosts welcome guests, introduce them to the house and are available throughout their stay.
