The house accommodates up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and two cozy lofts, ideal for larger families or groups. Note that the lofts are especially suited for children and teenagers. But it\\'s not just the ample space that sets this house apart. Its amenities are equally impressive. In the expansive activity room, challenge each other to games like billiards, table football, darts, and table tennis. Don\\'t forget to enjoy a drink from the bar during breaks – just remember to bring your own beverages. The open-plan kitchen and living area form the heart of the home, boasting a modern kitchen, long dining table, and comfortable sofa area, perfect for dining and relaxation in a welcoming atmosphere. And there\\'s more! An indoor pool area ensures aquatic enjoyment regardless of the weather or season. For ultimate indulgence, step out onto the spacious terrace, featuring a wellness area with an outdoor whirlpool, sauna, and shower – a serene retreat amidst nature. Additionally, the terrace offers a barbecue where you can savor delicious meals under the open sky, completing the experience of luxury and relaxation.  Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups. They can accommodate 10–40 people and feature a pool or spa, activity rooms and large common areas where family, friends or colleagues can get together. We make it easy to get together – whether it's for a holiday, birthday or company outing. Our local VillaVilla hosts welcome guests, introduce them to the house and are available throughout their stay.
