This property is located in a quiet and authentic neighbourhood where the true character of the area has been preserved. Narrow streets and a friendly atmosphere characterise this place. At the same time, the neighbourhood is a short distance from beautiful (surfing) beaches, making it the ideal base for lovers of sea, sun and sporting relaxation. Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds: serene tranquillity and the liveliness of the coast within easy reach. This location combines everyday conveniences with cultural proximity: warungs and eateries are within walking distance, supermarkets are just a few minutes' drive away, and attractions such as the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park (GWK) are in the immediate vicinity.
