Casa Venti del Mare – Holiday Home 150 m from the Sea in Trappeto

Our holiday home is just 150 meters from the crystal-clear sea of Trappeto, in the Ciammarita area. This beautiful seaside house accommodates 6 guests, has been recently renovated, and is just steps from the sandy beach of Trappeto, Palermo province, where you can enjoy clear waters. The property is on the first floor, offering sea views.



The building is surrounded by high fences, and outside you will find free covered private parking—perfect if you arrive by car or want peace of mind after exploring the area. The bright house with high ceilings features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, bathroom with shower, and a large veranda.



The master bedroom has a modern air conditioner for comfort on summer days and a small balcony with sea view. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed, with a window and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including fridge with freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, and a single sofa bed. Traditional furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere. The living area has a sofa bed for an extra guest.



The veranda is a relaxing space with a large oval window facing the sea. There is also a private outdoor shower with hot water—perfect after a day at the beach. Outdoors, you will find a barbecue for your grills. Utilities (electricity and water) are included in the price, ensuring a worry-free stay.



A cot, high chair, and changing table are available on request. Linen and towel changes are available for an extra charge.



Standard check-in is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Late check-in after 8:00 pm may incur an extra charge. Please contact the host via the booking platform to arrange your arrival time. The local tourist tax is collected at check-in, charged per person per night.
