Upstairs, one of the three bedrooms features a plush double bed, its own en-suite bathroom, blackout curtains, and plenty of storage. The other 2 rooms share a family bathroom. From the upper floors and the private roof garden, you’ll enjoy sweeping views over Ayia Napa and the sparkling Mediterranean—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the sunset.

We are thrilled to host you and want your stay to be as comfortable and memorable as possible! Please take a moment to read through this guide, which includes important information about the house, rules, and safety guidelines.

House Rules and Regulations

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. If you require flexibility with these times, just let us know in advance.

Pool Use and Safety:

The pool is available from 7 am to 10 pm.

No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.

No diving or running around the pool area.

Please shower before entering the pool.

Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

No Parties or Large Gatherings:
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. The maximum number of guests should not exceed the number of beds booked.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

Damage Policy:
We understand that accidents happen! Please report any damage to the property or its contents immediately.

Safety and Legal Advice:

Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

In case of fire, exit the house immediately and call 112.

Do not leave candles or open flames unattended.

Be aware of local laws and regulations, especially regarding noise and public conduct.

Departure Checklist:

Please leave the house tidy.

Lock all doors and windows.

Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.

Leave keys in the designated area.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
The house is equipped with a key box, and the code will be available for you around 2 hours before check in time.

Getting Here:

By Car (Using GPS or Google Maps):

Alternatively:
1. Set your destination to Ayia Napa.
2. Upon exiting Larnaca Airport, follow signs for the A3 motorway towards Ayia Napa/Paralimni.
3. Continue on the A3 for approximately 40 minutes.
4. Take exit 63 towards Ayia Napa.
5. After the exit, follow signs towards Nissi Avenue.
6. Drive along Nissi Avenue, then turn onto Mersinias towards the Elite Hills Residences project.
7. TooCoool Villa Elite Seaview is House 13 and will be on your left.

By Bus:

1. Take the direct bus service from Larnaca Airport to Ayia Napa (Route 711 or similar).
2. Disembark at the Ayia Napa bus station.
3. From there, take a local taxi to TooCoool Villa Milos Seaview, a short ride away, see directions given in the car section

By Taxi:

1. Taxis are available at Larnaca Airport. The journey to Milos Lifestyle Villas is about 45 minutes to an hour.
2. We recommend confirming the fare before starting your journey

We also can arrange for your airport pickup and return at additional cost, in this case please contact us minimum 7 days before your arrival. Additional Cost occurs.
