The cosy 61 m² apartment is located in Nordenau between Winterberg and Schmallenberg at the foot of the Rothaar Mountains and welcomes up to 5 guests. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a baby cot for families with small children. Wi-Fi and a private TV are available to you. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

A shared parking space is available at the house. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity, offering convenient access to public transport. Events are not permitted on the property.



The apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the Sauerland region on foot, by car, or by bus. The hiking area Schmallenberger Sauerland offers numerous well-marked trails directly into nature. In winter, you can reach the Winterberg and Altastenberg ski areas in just 10 minutes by car. Discover sights such as the Wilzenberg observation tower, Schmallenberg, Bad Berleburg, the Ramsbeck visitor mine, and the Fort Fun amusement park. The local tourist tax is mandatory and must be paid on site.
